PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA, KOMPENSASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEKERJA WANITA MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA BOBBIN PTPN X JEMBER
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of dual role conflict, compensation, and work environment on the performance of female workers through organizational commitment to Bobbin PTPN X Kab.Jember. Research approach used in this research is quantitative. The existing population in the company of 765 and taken 89 respondents for the use of samples by sampling method purposivesampling that researchers have certain considerations among married women workers and at least work for one year in the company. The analysis method uses path analysis which is used to know the direct and indirect effect of dependent variable and the independent variable. The result of the test and the analysis shows that the variable of double role conflict, compensation, and work environment have positive and significant influence to the commitment of women workers organization in Bobbin PTPN X Kab.Jember.Conflicts of multiple roles, compensation, and work environment positively and significantly affect the performance of female workers in Bobbin PTPN X Kab.Jember.Dan multiple role conflict, compensation, and work environment through organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of female workers at Bobbin PTPN X Kab.Jember.
