Jurnal At-Tasharruf  adalah Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, dan dikelola oleh Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah. Jurnal At-Tasharruf memuat hasil penelitian dan artikel ilmiah para dosen, mahasiswa, dan peneliti yang berkaitan dengan kajian Muamalah, Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, Lembaga Keuangan Syari’ah, Filantropi Islam, dan Pemikiran Para Tokoh Ekonomi Syari’ah.

Scientific Publication Ethics At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah”

At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah”, Is a journal that contains articles on the Study of Muamalah, Sharia Economics and Business. This journal was first published in April 2019, managed by the Islamic Economics Study Program and published by the University of Muhammadiyah Jember.

Statement scientific code of conduct is a statement of the code of conduct of all parties involved in the process of scientific journal publications, namely managers, editors, bestari partners, and author (author). Scientific Publication Ethics Code in essence upholding ethics in the publication of the three values, namely (i) Neutrality, which is free from conflicts of interest in the management of the publication; (Ii) Justice, which gives the right of authorship to the beneficiary as a writer; and (iii) Honesty, which is free of duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publication.

Responsibility Publisher

1. Publisher At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” (University of Muhammadiyah Jember) responsible for publishing manuscripts that after going through the process of editing, reviewing, and publishing layouts in accordance with the rules of scientific journals.
2. Publisher At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” is responsible for the guarantee of academic freedom and Mitrabestari editor in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Publisher At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” is responsible to maintain the privacy and protection of intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

Responsibility Editor

1. Editor At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” is responsible for deciding decent script editor published through board meetings which refers to the requirements of applicable laws regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, fabrication of data, falsification of data and plagiarism.
2. In the process of the review and acceptance of the manuscript, the editorial team At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” are basically the principle of similarity of treatment in the decision to publish the text, with no distinction as to race, sex, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology writer.
3. Editors and editorial team At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” will not disclose any information about the script or scripts that go except by permission of the author.
4. Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by research editor At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” for its own interests and will be returned directly to the author.

Mitrabestari At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” assist the editor in making editorial decisions on manuscripts / manuscripts incoming

1. Mitrabestari At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” is responsible for the script ditelaahnya recommendations.
2. The study manuscript is done objectively, and be supported by clear arguments.
3. Mitrabestari At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” is responsible for quotations, references, duplication, fabrication of data, falsification of data and plagiarism on manuscript ditelaahnya.
4. Mitrabestari At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah” must always maintain the confidentiality of information and use information from texts ditelaahnya for profit / private interests.

Responsibility Writer

1. Authors must present the manuscript of thought or research results clearly, honestly, and without duplication, fabrication of data, falsification of data and plagiarism.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted to the text that has been written.
3. Authors should indicate the reference of the opinions and work of others cited
4. Writers must write a script ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with the applicable rules of scientific writing.

The author does not mind if his manuscript editing experience on the review process and layout without changing the substance or the main idea of the article.

Plagiarism Policy

The editorial board of the At-Tasharruf “Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah" has set rules based on the UM Jember chancellor's regulation that all publications within the UM Jember environment must apply the maximum amount of plagiarism to articles published by 20% using the TURNITIN plagiarism check application.
