HUBUNGAN STATUS PERNIKAHAN DENGAN STRES IBU YANG MEMILIKI ANAK KANKER
Abstract
Diagnosis dan pengobatan kanker anak dapat menimbulkan stres pada anak kanker dan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status pernikahan dengan stres ibu yang memiliki anak kanker. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden ibu yang memiliki anak kanker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara status pernikahan dengan stres ibu yang memiliki anak kanker (p value = 0,008). Perlu dioptimalkan dukungan sosial dan manajemen stres untuk dapat meningkatkan koping ibu sehingga tercapai kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.
