PENGARUH PERSONAL VALUE, KOMPETENSI DAN ALTRUISME TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT KRISTEN MOJOWARNO
Abstract
memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu kepada konsumen sebagai pengguna jasa,
baik untuk pasien maupun keluarganya. Kinerja karyawan selain dipengaruhi oleh
faktor organisasi, juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor personal seperti nilai-nilai pribadi,
kompetensi, dan sikap altruisme.
Penelitian bertujuan melihat pengaruh personal value, kompetensi dan
altruisme terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno di
Kabupaten Jombang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 126 karyawan terdiri dari 110
perawat dan 16 bidan.
Personal value, kompetensi, dan altruisme berpengaruh sangat signifikan
terhadap kinerja perawat (R = 0.680). Koefisien determinasi R = 0463
menjelaskan bahwa 46,3% kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh personal value,
kompetensi, dan altruisme. Kompetensi perawat memiliki pengaruh paling
dominan terhadap kinerja perawat. Altruisme memberikan kontribusi yang
hampir setara dengan kompetensi. Sedangkan personal value memberikan
kontribusi yang sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
